Basically, I'd like to turn my node to a Bitaxe or lottery miner. Can I achieve that with these services? It wasn't clear when I checked the marketplace and source repositories.

The node can run the pool software, but it cannot mine. You'll need at least some asic device (like a Bitaxe)
