Hararri is one of the biggest clowns out there. Has some genuinely terrifying ideas
All I can say is: I have a fren who has a big ol potato head and happens to be a neurosurgeon and he’s fond of saying “a large head does not necessarily guarantee a large brain but a small head unequivocally guarantees a small brain”
I think it applies to this 🤡
Yuval is one of the conscious bad actors. Much like Brad Sherman talking about bitcoin threatening the petro-dollar, Yuval says the quiet part out loud all the time. He has a god complex. He would probably say that the world can only be made better if people like him can amass the power to force "better" things onto the world. It makes perfect sense that he would be opposed to #bitcoin.
People who want to force trusted interactions on people only want to do so in order to gain the ability to violate that trust. Honest people do not require trust, they do not seek the confidence of others as validation at all. They simply create useful things & provide proof of work.
I don't think I am overstating things to say that this man is a decent representation of evil in human form. You can see why it might be loosely confused with rational intelligence. But he is motivated by a desire for power & control & envy, rather than a desire to create & earn anything. Only one of those paths is actually rational & intelligent.
Printing money builds trust wut lol
I sincerely hope he means what he says and that he’s not stacking.
don't trust. verify.
Insanity is the condition of this guy!
Trust is dumb.
