How long you plan to go full keto and carnivore?

For a month. And then see how I feel

That’s what I’ve told myself 16Months ago. First week was hell, sugar/carb addiction is a bitch. Had a lot of headache, but from week 2 till today things improve constantly. Be sure to eat enough fat, bacon did the trick for me in the beginning.. 🤙🥩

Realistic is two weeks, you disappoint yourself otherwise even though you might have achieved a whole week or two. Make it two weeks and don't cut carbs 100% that's not helpful. I'm Amy case it's a yoyo effect.

In my experience the most useful diet to clean yourself, to reduce body fat without losing muscles is to only cut sugar and gluten 100% and eat slightly undercaloric. Mind your omega 3, vitamins, zinc, magnesium (taken in the evening) and you're good to go.

1. Measure 8g of full mineral salt (i like Redmond's kosher) at thr start of every day and add to food/liquids.

2. Eat 1g of protein and 1g of fat per target body weight every day.

3. Take dessicated or real organs (2-3g a day).

4. After a month of keto (lion diet), reintroduce fruit, honey, and maple syrup. This is called the #AnimalBased diet.

5. Lift and get sun frequently.

Many get too little salt and too little fat, leading to constipation and dehydration. Many stay in keto for too long. The above should help.

Solid guideline anyone can start with
