Ya, coffee doesn’t work like that unfortunately. Sleep is the best
Caffeine is jittery and ultimately exhausting. Mix it up with other nutrients and stimulants like Gurana, Mah Juang, and vitamins. A trip to GNC or a local Chinese herbalist (better) then make yourself a classic 90's fresh smart drink.
Listen to your body and rest.

A good run or exercise helps for me. 😃
Teaspoon of coconut oil in black coffee.in the morning. No carbs. Energy all day.. Some limitless shit right there.

If this happens often, get your B vitamins, magnesium, iron and vitamin D levels checked at doctor.
Stay away from Red Bull type drinks, reduce sugar and carbs, and only have coffee in the mornings, none after midday.
Meantime, listen to your body and do something different or do only what you want/need for today.
