I’ve been wanting to start making cheese too- happy to follow along here! Any suggestions on a good recipe to start with? I have access to raw milk.

I started with just adding vinegar to milk but have found temperature is vitally important and rennit helps a lot in making a nice cheese. Mozzarella is fairly simple cheese but is the most hands on.

I was going to try mozzarella- seemed pretty straightforward. Should be fun experimenting.
