Tard version... Autophagy is your body doing garbage collection. In modern life we eat too much, too often and now our bodies don’t have nearly as much chance to do garbage collection. This is bad because autophagy has been shown to reduce incidence of cancer.
There are things you can do to boost autophagy. The three I have heard about most are:
- Avoid carbs and especially sugar.
- Fast regularly. Daily intermittent fasting and also regular longer fasts.
- Sauna (check Rhonda Patrick’s content for great details here)

i’m gonna go full tard then and display my lack of education, what are carbs? (i have 0 knowledge about anything dietary)
fortunately sauna is like a weekly thing here by culture, so i’m good in that regard 🤔
Carbs.. bread, Pasta, crackers etc.
Tardish: Carbs are a type of nutrient found in your food, like: bread, rice, pasta, fruits, and veggies. They are our main source of energy.
When we eat carbohydrates, our body breaks them down into a sugar called glucose. Glucose is then used by our cells to provide energy for things like tard spazzing, researching Nobel prize winners, memeing, running, studying, breathing.
Carbs can affect our body in different ways. They provide immediate energy for physical activities and help fuel our brain. BUT not all carbs are the same.
Theres two main types of carbs: simple and complex.
Simple carbs, like sugar and candy, are quickly digested and can give us a quick burst of energy. BUT they are not very filling and can lead to energy crashes.
Complex carbs, found in foods like whole grains, beans, and vegetables, take longer to digest. They provide a more of a steady and longer-lasting release of energy, keeping full longer.

why does fasting feel so slow
Bc modern society has programmed you to believe you need food throughout the day. This is false, and out of alignment. It prevents cell restoration. Our ancestors were experiencing autophagy as a lifestyle.
Hunt, eat, fast…
We have everything to readily available and the FDA has ingrained in our minds and our parents mine and up the line that we are supposed to eat 3 meals a day and follow the food pyramid guidelines. It’s all a facade.

Because our parents were parrots, and their parents, and the ones before that… repeating the same lies over and over again until it became culturally accurate and perceived as truth. However, it’s never been truth.. just another part of the fiat money printing corruption.
