I decided to go back to a gratitude practice and decided to do it publicly here

Today Iโ€™m grateful for:

Perpetually living in places where Iโ€™m surrounded by deep, breathtaking beauty. Where beauty is an integral part of my day-to-day routine.

Today, Iโ€™m especially grateful for #GreggBraden, for all the inner nner work that heโ€™s done and as a result, all the information that he shares with the world. ๐Ÿ™

This is great! I practice this every morning when I let the dogs out as a habit stack. I find myself giving thanks for so many things ๐Ÿ™

Love to hear it!

Itโ€™s a fantastic and simple practice to make you focus on the good things in life!!

It is a nice move and motivates positive thinking through the day.

I suggest you also write it in a journal. I am surprised at how much difference it makes to write such things by hand.

I kept a handwritten journal for many years but nowadays I have too hectic a life (young kids!) so being able to do it anywhere in a moment is a worthwhile compromise

that said; I do agree on the benefit of handwriting these things for maximum effect ๐Ÿ™Œ
