Suggested beef cuts: Coulotte, bavette, hanger (marinaded and grilled - personal favorite of my four year old) flatiron and flank steaks. Tri-tip slow grilled. Braised brisket, beef tail (oxtail cut) or just plain old stew meat with Silk Road spices and mirepoix (kids love over cooked carrots soaked in beef fat). Chuck roast is also low key fantastic. And lastly beef heart trimmed and grilled, the hellions don’t know the difference. Eat well.
