If you wanna do it economically maybe make some burger patties out of ground beef and tell him it’s filet mignon

Gnocchi rule tbf… but carnivore is carnivore 🥩

Its important to get a variety like ribeye and brisket

he’ll have like two bites of ribeye then stop

His body knows what it needs. Sending zaps for filet mingon lol

Kids have great instincts when it comes to natural Whole Foods. Don’t fight nature.

I have a sneaking suspicion he's getting sick, and that plants are the primary cause.

My four year old and 9 month concur. They honestly get the most stoked on the fatty cuts. I guarantee he will too; it’s more cost effective, especially if you having him “help” and are eating together.

Suggested beef cuts: Coulotte, bavette, hanger (marinaded and grilled - personal favorite of my four year old) flatiron and flank steaks. Tri-tip slow grilled. Braised brisket, beef tail (oxtail cut) or just plain old stew meat with Silk Road spices and mirepoix (kids love over cooked carrots soaked in beef fat). Chuck roast is also low key fantastic. And lastly beef heart trimmed and grilled, the hellions don’t know the difference. Eat well.

Saifedean Ammous got me into the keto diet almost 4 years ago with his podcast and I think it was the best health decision of my life. Later I came across Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Robert Kiltz, Dr. Shawn Baker and others and became aware of the carnivore diet through them. For the past year, I have been living carnivore myself with one meal a day. That's even better! You might want to listen to the podcast of Dr. Berry and his wife Neisha, they have two children.
