Good Morning Plebs

Flexibility diminishes with age. At this point I feel like a rubber band that has been left in the sun for 10 years. I did a 10 min beginner yoga routine from YouTube yesterday. I can today confirm the rubber band has snapped. I have a long way to go. Goal one is to touch my knees. 😂😂

Yeah wait til after you do it to decide. If I remember correctly, it has breaks every 30 minutes or so. I’d recommend using those breaks as

stopping points and not doing

Totally! I remember last year my brain went, I need to exercise but I’m not good, so I’ll just do some easy Yoga…

Ha silly me, it’s not easy at all! You discover muscles you never knew existed. 😅

The thing that surprised me was the amount of sweat that gets generated when you’re not really moving a lot. It’s a completely different kind of workout that I had never done before. I recently found the yoga video, now Bevo’s talking yoga, so maybe this is a sign I should get back into it. 🤙🏻😂
