i think if i was even gonna attempt to onboard a fren to nostr, i would give them a follow list and relay list, that I made for them. like a mixtape.

i would curate it and have a few different ones
community fixes this. relay.tools already supports any mod team wanting to filter by pubkey, kind, keyword and directly take mod action on any relays of which they are a mod FROM AnY CLIENT, using the standard NIPs (1984) and plus some. and lightning captcha ensures they wont get overrun.
so if you want to blacklist a media host, you'd use keywords for that (or any string)
