PPL is my Fitbod program too. Right now it’s absolutely wrecking me. Good to do anything though! Don’t feel bad.

I made two changes in the app from strength/full body to muscle gain/ppl. However, it’s kicking my butt. I may from advanced to medium if this keeps up for a bit.

Keep doing your best!! You’ll reach equilibrium. But of course if you find yourself in over exertion too regularly, dial it back. Do you stretch post workouts?
