I made two changes in the app from strength/full body to muscle gain/ppl. However, itโs kicking my butt. I may from advanced to medium if this keeps up for a bit.

Keep doing your best!! Youโll reach equilibrium. But of course if you find yourself in over exertion too regularly, dial it back. Do you stretch post workouts?
