Push Pull Legs! A type of exercise split that focuses on muscle groups that share the same motions.

PPL is my Fitbod program too. Right now itโ€™s absolutely wrecking me. Good to do anything though! Donโ€™t feel bad.

I made two changes in the app from strength/full body to muscle gain/ppl. However, itโ€™s kicking my butt. I may from advanced to medium if this keeps up for a bit.

Keep doing your best!! Youโ€™ll reach equilibrium. But of course if you find yourself in over exertion too regularly, dial it back. Do you stretch post workouts?

I donโ€™t, usually on a time crunch. My recovery routine is severely lacking.
