Does it give any more details than that? If you are using the Play edition version, it's probably the translation AI model download.
I am using the Fdroid version - w/o the translater.

Can you tell me where you saw this? Is it in application info or something?
It's from the duckduckgo tracker blocker (beta), runs like a VPN in the background & gives me an overview of which apps are trying to do what, if it's too much or too strange, I can decide if I really need/want the app
Otherwise, I delete it and either do without or figure some other solution.
