Mine doesn’t have a section for “Wallet apps” but i have nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg and a Primal wallet. Is it because I don’t pay for Primal so the wallet address is different than my nostr address that i’m logged into for Olas?

You can create a NWC connection string in your Alby Hub and paste it into Olas. What step doesn't work for you?
I paste the connections string in OLAS and it stalls at checking balance
Even in alby it does say connection being used I don’t get to the point where I can save the connection in OLAS
