Yep, they might not support markdown yet. Also, I suggest installing through Obtainium instead of the link. :)

This update works great. How do you feel about Amethyst and a caching server? My biggest pain point is notes loading while I'm scrolling my feed.

- the maximum size of vdo to upload

- uploading images or vdo .. will it be original resolution or compressed?

From my own experience it highly depends on relay you are using to upload. They seem to have different upload limits.

We are so used to old services (no names) that pre-compress heavily on the device before or after uploading but I don't believe #Amethyst does this.

I'm being a good citizen and always pre-compress my images and heavily pre compress my videos before uploading to nostr.

I do not know what you think nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z and nostr:npub1w4uswmv6lu9yel005l3qgheysmr7tk9uvwluddznju3nuxalevvs2d0jr5, but I think it would be interesting that when we use Amber as a signature device we should not be able to copy to clipboard our Nsec from Amethyst or any other client to improve security in the future and make Amber the only device that handles the Nsec, if where possible encrypted on the device.

Thanks friend, it's just a suggestion. I think something similar Alby does and keeps your key encrypted, and when logging in with nip-07 the client cannot offer to copy the key just to be handled by the signature device only.

Amethyst fails me on battery life. I had to uninstall it. 😞
