Orbot is something to do with tor routing? And what is Citrine?

The Orbit (tor) part is fantastic but added quite a bit of lag to the process.
Orbot is an Android app (and thus also Chromebook) that makes a Tor connection into a VPN for your Android device
Basically you can take any app and route it through Tor by using Orbot
