Homemade Mikey-Mikey chicken with hand cut, quadruple cooked chips.

None of this triple cooked rubbish:

Chips: parboiled for 3 mins, oven dried at 150 C for 15 mins, then deep fried twice to get them extra crunchy:

Mikey-Mikey sauce: very similar to Piri-Piri, but with lots of tomatoes as we have a glut πŸ˜‚

Marinated for 4 hours before oven baking.

Served with leftover home made Cauliflower cheese and Asparagus
