One of the things the v0.0.2 alpha is trying to get right, is relay management. The remote relay connections need some more work, but Alexandria automatically picks up any Nostr relay on your local ports 4869 and 8080, and adds them to your inboxes and outboxes.

Any further ports can be added with a kind 10432 local relay list. (We'll also use that to map local relays to remote ones, later, to create sync-tunnels, but let's start with the basics.)
