The saffiano used on the outside is actually known to be quite dirt repellent. Additionally, the hatch pattern coating make it water and scratch resistant making it easier to wash than most leathers. Big brands like Prada use it for this reason and the fact that it can be produced very uniformely for high quantity production.

depends how you treat the wallet, I suppose. if it’s in the breast pocket of your blazer that’s going to be better than sitting on it.
