Depends what you’re trying to do. I don’t use windows much any more but the snippet tool I believe has a screen record feature. Not sure if it supports audio recording. Probably doesn’t do Picture in Picture either if you need that.

That is true, currently running Windows 10, personally not a fan of how the new Windows looks.
