I’m fairly certain they’re bots. Just understand what they’re meant to achieve besides triggering a notification.

I did too. Muted them and several others with the same pattern and it solved the problem. I assumed it was some sort of bot.

It’s a Primal bug, IMO. Every time someone follows me, it shows as the same account for many days.

I had the same issue, and I muted them but it didn't work. Someone suggested muting them a few times and that worked.
