I tried signing up, but it kept telling it couldn't verify my identity, and directed me to confirm and edit my details. I did this 3 times, with perfect, complete information, and then it told me it couldn't open my account or provide me any information on why. Frustrating. I may call their customer service line and see if I can get it worked out. Not sure why it was having a hard time with my info since it's the exact info I use everytime a service needs to verify my identity. And this is the first time it was a problem. 🤷‍♂️

Damn that blows. Did your ID have your same address as your residence on it? I know someone personally who had to contact support because that was different and it kept getting hung up

Yeah, exactly as it appears on my license. I'm going to call them on Monday and see what if I can get the problem resolved.
