I don’t know, I use gift cards like crazy, so my percent back could literally average at 3%. I work hard to game it.
I also do their round ups and auto stacking and the rest. Legit best tool I know of for being on a bitcoin standard

This is awesome, but would you agree that a lot of your rewards came in the early days when the rewards were far more generous than now?
I stacked through the bear market, but they started this in like 2019 I think, the whole debit card and stuff. (I could be wrong on that)

I tried signing up, but it kept telling it couldn't verify my identity, and directed me to confirm and edit my details. I did this 3 times, with perfect, complete information, and then it told me it couldn't open my account or provide me any information on why. Frustrating. I may call their customer service line and see if I can get it worked out. Not sure why it was having a hard time with my info since it's the exact info I use everytime a service needs to verify my identity. And this is the first time it was a problem. 🤷♂️
Damn that blows. Did your ID have your same address as your residence on it? I know someone personally who had to contact support because that was different and it kept getting hung up
Thanks for the info... I went to sign up and found several posts like the following. Kind of sounds like it's changed over the years and might not have the same zing it once did in the past.
Rewards were higher in the past, but the card issuers were getting wind of what was happening and tried to close the gap. I was doing a PayPal trick for a while with bills that was awesome.
That said I think people complain too much and always compare it to a credit card. This is a **debit** card so you can use it in tandem, and some ACH will now pay rewards too. The spins have stopped being a thing mostly except for promotional stuff.
Since the beginning and to this day though, the sats back on gift cards is the best part. The 0.5% (with boosts ever so often) on the normal card is just icing. I’ve never had it not more than pay for itself, if you use it as your main card you can seriously stack sats with it.
Thats just my experience though.
Thanks again for your insights... I straddle both the fiat world and btc ecosystem. Looking to make the leap away from most fiat transactions at some point but realize the challenge. I do like what is going on with strike.me. They keep developing cool stuff, and the pay bills via bitcoin option is a great addition.

Negative. Thats a really cool benefit. While it’s in their account it’s “rewards,” and your cost basis isn’t tallied until you withdraw. So these days I’ve been stacking from $20k are going to get a tax basis well above 100k
