What's your tactic for when you have one of those days where your energy is just completely shot and you feel up for nothing?

Creatine. not Creatinine. (I am sure you ment the former). The latter is waste that builds up in kidneys when your kidneys are breaking.

Pharaceutical psy-op. I know full blown doctors that actually think Creatine is bad for your kidneys because they don't know the difference
