My watch I had for the last 8 years doesn’t work anymore.

Need a new one - other than Casio (don’t like em) what’s the game plan here?

Hamilton are nice automatic watches that aren’t expensive

Thanks, I may look into that also

I heard good things about Technos

Budget?

Casio F-91W 🤷🏻 :))

What’s your budget / goal?

I'm loving my pinetime! Cheap, versatile & opensource 🤙

I have a few Vostok Kommanderskie watches. The manual wind are about $25, automatics $50 and up. Shipping was inexpensive to USA, but you might need to use Tether due to western banking sanctions.

You always up and about you need something rugged like a g-shock

Hmm good shout…

Didn’t nostr:npub1rtlqca8r6auyaw5n5h3l5422dm4sry5dzfee4696fqe8s6qgudks7djtfs or somebody say it’s the bitcoiners watch?

Im not sure but i love g-shocks haha

The orange casio f91 is the bitcoiners watch. Orange and dirt cheap.

G shock is a Casio though. If you want a high quality affordable watch that’s mechanical I’d go for a seiko.

I go for kinetically wound. Swatch used to make one for a decent price.

Seiko or even a Rolex is ok

If you want something high end I'd look at the watches previously released in the Watch Gang subscription box (like loot crate for watches) and just order your favorite watch on eBay. The watch brands produce significant numbers of fairly high quality watches for the monthly drop and so the used market gets flooded with new condition high quality watches at relatively low prices that the subscribers resell for a markup.

If you just want function, Timex expedition is tough to beat. If you want fancy, I’ve got no idea 🚁😎
