Awesome. #[2] next year?

I'll take that as a yes. πŸ˜‰

Can you add Nostros to the list? Hahaha

Are you organizing the open source stage? Or how is it going to be this year?

I am advising the team that is putting it together, will be great.

Great, that's the exciting stage! Thank you! πŸ«‚

Definitely would appreciate less fireside chats and more presentations and talks though...

Interesting, I prefer the chats. We plan to do more presentations/talks this year.

Oh really? The feedback I got from everyone I talked to was that they don't like firesides, because it's really low on content and if the questions are prepared it could have been a well prepared talk anyway...

I have no horse in this particular race, but a good fireside can shift the burden of prep from the guest to the host

yea both through my work with the bitcoin conference and building out bitcoin park I am putting a heavy focus on good moderators, it is incredibly important

Is there some plan to send out a survey after (or before) the conf? This would be a good question to include since our experiences differ quite a bit here...

Wish I was smart enough to contribute.

On the path though

Snort and Amethyst aren’t eligible. They were created after the Nov 1, 2022 requirement.

https://github.com/vitorpamplona/amethyst/commit/99614f07e4ffa99dff4143d7457be8923690bbba

Commits made the day I announced each will be used for projects newer than the eligibility date.

The reason for the date requirement is we do not want people spamming projects for the tickets and it is an objective way to reward existing contributors.

Commits made before* the day I announced each will be used for projects newer than the eligibility date.

Nice! That makes sense. It would definitely be annoying to get a bunch of single word changed README pull requests.

Hey Matt, if I am a library author and one or more of those projects are currently using my library, would I be eligible?

Zap Android, Samourai Wallet, Sphinx Chat, Amethyst (soon hopefully), Sparrow (in the works) is are just some of the projects I'm supporting currently with my Tor libraries

Great! They deserved.

How many commits for a business class return flight and 5 star hotel though? :-)

There's a lot of buzz around your post.

Added to the https://member.cash/hot feed

Just added Nostros. Any contributors with a commit before today are now eligible. πŸ€™
