People can study history or have common sense to realize humans have always and will always organize and create governance structures (government) that vary in size and sophistication, or they can remain in a state of bewilderment waiting with their mouths open for government to one day stop existing if they chant retarded mantras enough times.
If you want to live by yourself on an island, by all means.
Leaders don't need to be government. Governance does not equate to interfering. We can cooperate to fix our roads in a town hall with an elected arbiter.

No one is talking about leaders. You brought that into the conversation. We are talking about the fact that when humans get together and create a civilization it always comes with the formation of governance structures. Whether people agree with it or not is irrelevant. It’s an emergent property of all civilizations, especially advanced ones.

This is stupid because governments aren’t created because people believe they are good. It’s an emergent property of civilization.
I assume you don’t have an objective moral framework anchored in God, so your use of good is purely subjective. Who’s to say your opinion on what is good is any more valid than anyone else’s. Someone can just as easily say that your belief government is either bad or unnecessary is putting their safety at risk. Both opinions equally as ignorant.

It’s obvious in general, but specifically when learning about the history of humans, that we always create governance structures (government), which become more sophisticated and large the more advanced and large the civilization is.
Whether government is good or not is irrelevant. It will always exist in some form as long as you live among other humans.
