I used to avoid salt, but I upped my salt intake lately and my recovery from workouts is so much better! I'm also able to fast for as long as I want and feel really good. It's a total game changer.

I'm not a medical person, so you should DYOR. I doubt this would be beneficial and it might be harmful if you aren't fasting or exercising regularly.

I've been using this from Amazon:

nostr:npub19xxmzjug3e9uygd6ux7uglrcwj83fudjj6l9c4jpssjm89ypfflqnl47cd has a competitive product, and you can buy with bitcoin. I think they’re still out of stock for a few weeks though.

Immediately post workout:

1) start with one quarter - one half non strained A2 live culture yogurt (most nutrients)

2) fill remainder with water

3) add salt

Drink up 🤤

Those are absurdly pricey

Just out 1tsp salt 1 tsp of white sugar in a gallon of water and ur good

Or Gatorade powder

those aren’t salt. salt is sodium chloride 🧂

Those are “salts” . Or neutral compounds with no net electrical charge making them more absorbable.

Additionally, those salts are minerals like potassium, magnesium, etc. which the majority of Americans are deficient in because the food they eat is devoid of naturally occurring nutrients due to how it’s grown.

IMO, this is cheaper and has high amount of apparently important stuff. Small company too.

LMNT is fantastic.
