Kinda strange, I dreamed that I was getting a flue… luckily I woke up all god 😅 still I drank my ginger-turmeric-lime shot in the morning to make sure to support my immune system 🫠
Just make sure you drink enough…listen to your body and don’t force yourself to eat… healing is easier without digesting.
True, the first 24 hrs even just water was heavy, and couldn't keep it in that much.. 🫠 it was a mess, but luckily mych better now
