Finally got around to making okonomiyaki (thanks to nostr:npub1wnanaunumzv96ll0cm5569uzjqn474yj24a559n2h8x3gk9d40rsjxl20f). I know the cabbage is too thick and I think the dough is a little thin. Also I should make them a little thinner. But overall, what looked like 'just a salt pancake' turned out fairly decent. Definitely will experiment again. #foodstr
