I would like to see the trending topics be something other than GMs and have a variety of interesting thoughts/topics. Anyone on nostr have anything unique to say or is it all just GMs and X cross posting?

You may or may not enjoy my page. I don't talk about Twitter (or bitc3, much) and I do say gm every day, but also include lots of other things, mostly share my own recipes, sell jerky for sats, and post silly cat GIFs.

I do a lot of reposting but I thought that was part of #grownostr strategy? I think we can mute boosts if it's getting annoying for you. I just did an official introduction earlier today and I am committed to making more original content. There will be some #economics, some silly stuff, lots of #philosophy and #spirituality. I too wish the trending topics would diversify but I think that's what boosting and reposting will do right? Boost what you want to see trending because we are the algorithm here!

Stop looking at trending topics. Gotta feed yourself on Nostr. It takes time, probably 6 months to a year.
