When the govt shuts down, please just leave it off. Anyone who turns it back on is a rotten egg.

It's all fantasy when you have a "loan printer" and bankers that like to show bigger loans (assets) on their books.
I keep hoping they actually will shut it down for a bit. Congress is required to meet for at least two weeks a year, according to the US Constitution. They should go home to their regular jobs for a while. Maybe they should be limited to only two weeks as a Congress Critter, and spend the rest of the year as corporate whores elsewhere for the rest of the year. 😉
The law ought to be changed to, Congress shall not exceed two weeks per year in session
