One of the greatest tricks the Devils ever played was to leave twitter and urge their followers to do the same and join their exclusively built echo chamber. So now they are the top of the bunch influencers here without much competition and if there is competition, they can decide if they even want to let their accounts grow by endorsing or not endorsing their posts. Add primal as the preferred on ramp which can virtually decide about users follower count, and it starts to look like the whole thing might just be centralized around a single source of funding, which is not jack. Many of those top of the line influencers are conveniently on primals autofollow list and board members at the source of funding at the same time.
If you look at really big youtubers, this is usually their modus operandi, get people to follow them into their own custom built echo chamber. Great way to spread their message without risking to be challenged by critical entities.
Am I paranoid, yes.
Are you too gullible? Probably also yes.
