Do you mean accounting software for a Bitcoin business rather than just a fiat business that accepts bitcoin?
ledger / hledger if you’re fine with a CLI and file based system, and require a lot of automation. Banana Accounting if you want something more visual and a bit more geared towards small businesses. Banana is commercial software though.

Cointracking.info isn’t bad. It’s been around a while and it’s a bit ugly but gets the job done.
