Unless someone can provide important context this sounds like the misapplication of laws and a waste of resources when there’s plenty of actual, important crime that they should be focusing on

This made me feel a new emotion: pitty for the sort of person who has a Lambo, but not the balls necessary to shoot it with fireworks from a helicopter while pulling donuts in the desert. Is there a German word for that? Seems like something they'd have.
