If you need help. I’m happy to chat. I’m an ultra runner and I fix mine on my own. It takes time and work, but you can do it at home. Whatever you do don’t go the orthotics that will screw you up worse.

Once I put my boots on I'm fine all day. But walking from bed to the kitchen in the morning to make coffee.... Ouch.

The boots have essentially turned into casts and you need to rebuild your muscles in your feet. When barefoot your tendons are moving in ways they aren’t used to. And you have to rebuild that arch muscles 💪

Woof. That's gonna be a lot of work. I walk/ruck miles everyday for work outside so everyday will be steps forward and backwards. Lol

Evening and morning foot excerises will do you good. I know the pain. I sympathize. I’ll pull some together later today and send them over.

I just watched a couple videos on stretches and plantar massages. Gonna try those and see if tomorrow is better

It’s going to take time. Esp since we are getting older. I had my issues originally at 28 and it took months to heal and get right.

Orthotics actually cured mine. I haven't had an issue in 10 years. Arch supports added to shoes solved all my issues. I do think the root of my issue was wearing skate shoes with no arch support.

Ultimately you have to rebuild those arch support muscles. The orthotics are just temp relief most of the time.
