I get triggered so badly when I am told that I’ve failed at something

Even if it’s a very simple task

I immediately jump to not being worthy

Self-sabotage

Happened today

Thankfully I am learning that when these moments happen, instead of shying away from the embarrassment of my emotions, actually you lean into them

Reflect on the fact they’re there

Then figure out why you failed

And go fix it

You fucked up

That’s ok

It’s what you do next that defines you

Onwards

Haha was just about to suggest reading Glitch 😂

Don’t be too harsh to yourself

You’re doing great already 👍🏻

The more and the faster you fuck up the more and the stronger you grow. Right on track brother 🫡🧡🫂💜🫵

Ha, that's me too.

If only we'd been encouraged to risk failure from an early age, instead of being berated for it. One learns nothing from getting something right. Growth only comes from risk and failure. I've tried to get this jnto my own head.... I keep failing!

Its important to taka a time for breathing and relax your mind, we know more about the failure than the perfection, keep walking to the future, we are here for support you! Dont hurt yourself 🫂💖✨

Relateable as hell.

And speaking from own experiences, i also root the triggered feeling back to a hurt ego. The simpler the task, the worse it feels. Because «im capable of this, i just had a mishap, surely the other person don’t think im incompetent? Maybe he does? But im good at this?!» and the frustration builds.

Zooming out afterwards, the person just tried to help usually, and didn’t overthink it at all like i did. Reflecting upon this builds humility and patience, creating mental fortitude for the future.

indeed. if you f*cked up it means you are trying something new. Even if you've tried it few times and you still f*cked up it means there is plenty of room to grow. Acknowledging and owning it is what matters. 🫂☺️

Separating your worth from your actions is a lifelong battle, but you're winning it. Keep going

It’s so hard isn’t it!
