As far as I know, the are no reliable studies that show any positive effects.

Chlorella is actually harmful if you’ve been exposed to mercury (most people have been to some extent) as it binds with the mercury, but the bond isn’t strong enough to actually move it out of the body.

Instead, it randomly picks up the molecules from where your body decided to store them and drops them off somewhere random, often causing harm.

Anything listed in the top 5 superfoods of a random influencer blog is a scam

Unless they talk about oysters and liver

most sups are a scam or overhyped. believe these two fall in the latter camp.

Yes, the only one that works is Creatine and Vit D (since most devs don't go out in the sun).

Apart from that, just testosterone...

Anything that green is automatically sus to me.
