Tallow is fucking delicious and so nutritious!
I stopped using my deep fryer a couple years ago but I want to get some tallow to put in it so I can start using it again.
Interesting side note: McDonald's used to fry their fries in beef tallow back in the day. Today they use seed oil like everyone else, but they actually put a hint of beef flavor in their fries now to approximate the same taste because fries fried in beef tallow really do taste a lot better.
People were REALLY upset when they switched (but not because of the seed oils as much as the change in taste)

indeed. It's practically impossible to find any place anywhere making it, the shit has got so expensive ffs it's in ample supply, where the fuck is it all going to????
Dude, I wish I could get tallow. I will have to order it by the gallon when I can, and store it in my freezer. Best thing is if SHTF you got candles just add string. Ok, maybe get some good wick cord for this but in the meantime, fried anything never tasted so good.
McDonalds fake the flavour now but once upon a time it was the standard frying oil.
My wife makes tallow and would sell some for Monero (XMR).
