I think of it similarly to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. As your financial standing begins to solidify your ability to secure the base of the pyramid, it allows you to take on stress in a different way.

Absolutely essential. Even a tent sauna is a good stopgap at a fraction of the cost. Just make sure you're getting in a wood burning stove.
