I agree I have one like that too. But in this case I'm talking straight up "theme park tourist fanny packs" just flung over the shoulder like this. I'm seeing it everywhere. lol 😂 
When I’m not wearing it over my shoulder and wearing it as a fanny pack I’m like “💁🏽♀️ cool!”

i've been seeing women wear them like this since last summer. i call them titty packs instead of fatty packs. katie bought one last summer and wore it sometimes.
when we were down in CR i saw a group of 4 tourist bros walking down the street together, all wearing titty packs. it was a WTF moment.
