100%. One of the things I've learned in preparation for a trial of carnivore is that people need to add more fat to lean cuts. Like, a lot more.

I try to get at least 80/20 I haven’t been able to find 70/30 or anything with suet added yet…
Ask a butcher for suet and add it in? It's usually pretty darn cheap.
I’ve only found one farmer that sells suet near me… it was like 15$ a lb? I try not to buy beef at stores anymore.
