Thank you! Nothing like home made to be sure. Sorghum sounds cool! I have also tried birch syrup once made by a friend. Such a cool process, feels like magic every time.
I was switched on to “real” maple syrup a couple years ago in lue of HFCS maple flavoring. The Kirkland brand doesn’t even compare to the flavor profile of your syrup.
