Tuna and melted cheese, with your preference of herbs and spices.

At minimum butter and old bay. With all the fixings I also like cheddar cheese, bacon, and chives.

Mid tier: sour cream, chives, bacon crumbles
Its a big day: either chili plus all the fixings, or broccoli and cheese.
A 500g round ribeye.
Sear the steak, throw the potato in the bin.
