Yes, that's a great point. We've already improved the sending animation but we should indicate status also in the history. We're you waiting in the "pay invoice" screen or in the main wallet screen?
It was in the pay invoice screen where you select the mint. I’ll capture a video it on my next purchase.

We used to wait like 30 minutes paying for sushi in sf in 2013. One day this guy spammed the network w 40,000 tiny transactions creating a hellish landscape for merchants & we had to promise to come back tmrw to verify the transaction. Not the greatest experience but things get better w time.

Used a mint on cashu.me over ⚡️. There were layers of tech there, but it was great to see it work!
Huh! I wonder if the mint doesn’t see a lot of use so had relatively poor ability to pick routes. Curious to know which mint/cashu server so we can figure out which LN implementation so we can see if we can improve it…..
30s is absolutely brutal oml. I've sent a few payments IRL before that took more than 10s and it gets very awkward very quickly.
