All roads lead to bitcoin.

I played the degen altcoin game hard in the beginning.

nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx and nostr:npub1guh5grefa7vkay4ps6udxg8lrqxg2kgr3qh9n4gduxut64nfxq0q9y6hjy saved me.

Fucking unbelievable timing finding these guys.

I dumped all my shitcoins at the top and made out (relatively) like a bandit flipping it all to bitcoin.

I was deep... even owned sandland if you remember snoop and his commercial 🀭. That was the top signal for me πŸ€™

Oh shit, I was lucky to skip that phase. The only shitcoin I've luckily done was an airdrop of some venice coin since I was using their product, which i promplty sold for a little cash. I almost went down the .eth hole but right before I got deep into studying it bored apes exploded and I was like wtf is this shit, and closed that door forever.

I was actually convinced blockchain was the future with my newb brain... then like you, I seen cat pictures trading for multiple eth's

Same time I found nostr:npub10uthwp4ddc9w5adfuv69m8la4enkwma07fymuetmt93htcww6wgs55xdlq and by the time they turned me maxi It was the top.

Again I got extremely lucky.

Or maybe it was my determined researching for the truth that brought me to the conclusion.

Either way I'm blessed to have landed on NOSTR with all you fellow psychopaths 🫑

Bitcoin is the New Rome. All roads lead to it. And you can go there now

The roadmap exists for anyone willing to read 🫑

Sandlord is life. Big mistake.

Kidding.

It could've been disastrous for sure. Thankfully I got out for a win before liquidity dried up 😎

A lot of luck tho!

I feel similar about my rental properties. Started buying in 2016. Added one every one or two years. Rents have gone up considerably.

But since the Vid, I have been focused on btc and maybe paying off a mortgage to increase cash flow. And roll the cash flow into btc.

Been a landlord my whole life.

Watching the growth of bitcoin really makes me think....

Bitcoin doesn't have renters with attitudes, leaky faucets, driveway to shovel, roof to replace.... etc

But mostly. No property tax!

Yessss

Haha. That's true. I haven't had any horror stories that made me want to sell everything. Memphis has been fantastically steady rental demand.

In 2025 I've spent over 25 grand in repairs.

Its enough for me. I'm done with rentals.

How do tenants break a kitchen faucet 3 times in a year 🀬

I hear ya. Had two big rehabs last year. I might 1031 a couple into newer class A properties with higher quality tenants. Less headaches. But that is longer term.

I do love the tax breaks and depreciation though.

I used to play the same altcoin game too... Till I understood what Bitcoin really is.

We all get saved at the price we deserve 🀭
