I zap like 2 to 4 times a day, most days less. Anything over that is time consuming. The people who are zapping that much might be addicted to social media.
I also haven't figured out how to setup my Amethyst to automatically take sats form my wallets without having to open up my wallet and me press send. I think maybe that's why I don't zap as much as others.
If I figure that out then I think I'll zap more often. It's called the wallet connect or something.

I'm under. Technically I have had success only with Amethyst and the way that this app handles zapping is superior to all others that I'm aware of. I can zap from Strike, Cash App, Zeus, Cashu, Breeze Ave Phoenix without being tied down to any configuration.
When I was wealthier I had a lot of issues trying to handle lightning myself, Alby and other things so I'm a bit tired from that fight.
Sometimes I want to zap someone and they don't accept zaps.
