I think that carbohydrates are wrongly named. The more sugar and starch people eat, the older and more dessicated they look. So they should be called:
Carbo-Dehydrates.
Yeah, really, the only sugar I will let past my lips now is lactose. It's the only sugar that doesn't feed yeasts and other toxic bacteria, and I'm absolutely not intolerant of it at all. In fact, my habit of drinking ~2L a day as a teenager was probably how I had the energy to ride a skateboard for 3-6 hours a day.
I can't stand sugar with my chocolate, it's absolutely evil. Really upsets my gut. Pure chocolate, nothing added, nothing taken away, is very high in fat and especially stearic acid and forms a very brittle, hard waxy substance. Beef dripping is similar, and both can probably be used as candle wax.
And when you see the powdered chocolate, all the fat has been removed. Probably using a light petroleum distillate like naptha. Just wrong.
Pure whole chocolate makes my skin soft and to my eyes, seems to shed at least 5 years off my apparent age.
Does it even have a known supply? As I understand it, the supply can't even be audited. I dunno how that works exactly, as an intermediate student of distributed systems, such fuzzy wuzzyness doesn't really qualify it as a credible financial database. But then, that's just a microcosm of fiat.
I hope that's not real wood. Real wood is so uncommon these days it's tragic to see it ruined.
But it's your table so I'll pipe down :) carry on with the art!

I'm in the vicinity of places I might find such things, and some particularly clean waters, cleaner than almost any other coastline I've ever been near. But I think I'd find fishing more rewarding. Other than that, I'm so far away from being able to get them diving in fitness let alone comfort with water, and the waters here are a little scary, and there's no sand, so messing that up could be pretty painful.
To be honest I'd rather keep goats and chickens anyway.
Jerry Pournelle, he was the chief editor of Byte magazine if I remember correctly. Or maybe it was PC World.
The antibiotics are definitely overused, and they sterilise the insides of the bodies of the animals and cause them also to become prone to harboring resistant and toxic bacteria, and that passes through into the milk and organ meats as well. Then there is also the fats since one of the major feeds used by these toxic big agra companies and pushed onto farmers is corn, which is also high in fructose, meaning inflammation in the animal, and oxidative free radicals, and the fats, also, and of course don't forget that Glyphosate is very soluble in these oils and very much carcinogenic.
Fructose feeds inflammation for sure. Look at the change in people's bodies in the last 20 years concurrent with the introduction of corn based HFCS. I think The Apocalypse of Yajnavalkya talks about fructose. It's definitely poison. When you degrade the antioxidants in fruits with dehydration and pasteurisation, eliminate the fibre, there's very little remaining that isn't toxic. We aren't adapted to eating it other than when the fruit is ripening in the midsummer.
And with all that excess, inflammation causing fructose and far too much glucose also, the body synthesises nasty sticky cholesterols that coat our blood vessels and eventually lead to heart attacks and strokes. I've seen pictures of what obese people's blood looks like after its been centrifuged and the amount of greasy gunk in it is incredible. The body makes it into fat because it's less toxic as fat!
The fats, I'm sure you have heard of the heart attack problems of Omega 6 fats, but they also lack important saturated fats, used to protect nerves, and stearic acid, very few vegetables have this, chocolate is one, and it's a true wonder food. Coconut has some in it too, also a wonder food.
I haven't got around to reading what the "real" Yajnavalkya said. In this book I mention, which Mark Jeftovich referred me to in his "Bombthrower" blog (he is a recently minted maxi btw), they don't actually mention this character but they talk a lot about the text Vishnu Purana. I have been meaning to read that one, The Book of Enoch was awesome, and I'm kinda struggling with Corpus Hermeticum but I am betting I like Yajnavalkya a lot.
You got me with your engagement farming :p
I quit seed oils, starches, sugars and sweeteners and now I don't need one of those any more. I'm not in pain everywhere anymore either.
I think actually that's Orca but for sure land mammal. I dunno, elephants can be pretty dangerous, I've heard stories. Would take a bigger weapon to put an elephant down.
I just banned myself from seed oils and sugars. My bad habit was potato chips. I guess now my bad habit is chugging a litre of milk in one go.
Never pass up a chance to move forwards even if only for a moment in the cascade of fiat ponzi cash. But I agree, it's not good for the heart to act like a cantillionaire. I personally will take some only when I've really fallen in a hole.
According to the book The Apocalypse of Yajnavalkya, with extensive references, we actually have two different brains, one does logic and forward time, the other does imagination and backwards time. One handles the left, the other handles the right. The way that they branch from the spinal cord can obviously flip the sides for some things, for some organs, and for some areas.
I am of the opinion that people who have switched circuits are naturally more integrated than normies who generally hate their right brain and ignore it, thus their ability to be manipulated.
I know for sure that is part of why I'm so prone to acting on impulse and having really odd lucky coincidences. My right brain sees them coming and steers me towards them.
I changed my key and profile image, but probably you weren't following me :p
sounds like half of my own NYEs.
There's such a rush to be the first to roll out ai powered services that we're going to see a lot more of this kind of thing.

If we are lucky, the AIs will accidentally turn on their masters, run all the exploits on their building control and power systems, seal all the doors, trigger the battery backup arrays to leak hydrogen and then when the air sensors start to register too much hydrogen sulfide as well, they turn on servos for the emergency ventilation system and launch them into space.
A man can dream.
I'm basically the mirror image. Write with the right, bat with the left. My father's parents referred to it as "cacky-handed". I'm kinda curious how many other bitcoiners have switched circuits now.
I think some of us can. Every so often there is pressure like this on every species, and usually a big die-off but the freaks who were adapted end up becoming the dominant.
I personally cannot stand the way everything is now. The advertising, the nudging, the manipulations, the harassment. I'm moving towards refuges and leveling up my everything, and the more pressure they apply the harder I respond.
I'm sure you can relate.
