Appreciate the challenge, brother.
Got me meditating, #biblestr:
When we humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God, the God exalts us and enables us to resist Satan in such a way that Satan has to flee, or at least back away, from us. (James 4:6-7, 1 Peter 5:6-10).
It's counterinuitive because the spiritual warfare narrative pumps us up to think we're resisting Satan by our intrinsic spiritual power. Yes, we 'put on the armour' (all rooted in the word of God), but even there 'be strong in the Lord' (Eph 6:10) is passive.
The sense is waiting at His feet, abiding in His word and prayer, and allowing Him to 'charge you up with power'. Each piece of armour requires humility... to accept that we need salvation, that we need righteousness not our own, that we need to speak the word of God not our own words, that we need faith in Christ the overcomer not faith in ourselves, that we need objective truth to keep us together, that our footing is based on a proclamation that the grace of God does what we ourselves could never do.
When we are excellent at what is good and innocent of evil, the God of peace comes alongside to crush Satan (Romans 16:20)... and graciously does it under our feet, as an extension of God's greater purpose for Christ, making all of His enemies the footstool of His feet (Psalm 110:1, 1 Cor 15:25, Heb 10:13).
Amen.
Love it.
Which scale western man?
Fountain app is great n all...
... but no sats for first hour of listening, since for ages.
Am I alone in this famine? Was there a change? Is the app broken? A hardening against aurora store users? Are we in a sats crunch?
So many questions, but what I really need is 60 sats a day minimum for my undivided attention. Nothing else will do.

Right???

Ceasing to follow commands and choosing to sing instead. Sounds like the beginnings of a revolution.

What's the context here?
Eerily like Command & Conquer.
In this scenario, we discover that the alienz are actually Kane and friends.
"Based parents who instilled critical thinking during home education".
Encouraging to think that the hard grind of home educating our three 'heirs' will yet produce an awesome legacy.
Technically, Len Sassaman was the first Satoshi, with a 'handover' to Hal Finney, in a brief season of the 'second Satoshi'.
After that, the franchise ended, and the rights opened up so that we could all be Satoshi.
When Satoshi wrote "I am not Dorian Nakamoto", Wright thought "hey, I'm also not Dorian Nakamoto, therefore I must be Satoshi".
At least, that's the most compelling reasoning I can think of so far.

Also enjoying Brian O'Leary (is he even on Nostr yet?) podcast "serious thinking in an unserious world", kind of flows with where I'm at.

Guess I like variety in my podcasts, to be accurate and authentic when they touch on #Bitcoin, but to flow into adjacent subjects too. The 'pure signal' podcasts can get a bit intense and repetitive after a while, everything in its season.
NIce hashtag.

What would you do with that bitcoin in order to retire? That's the more interesting question.
Fountain app sort of does this with transcripts for podcasts on free tier. One generous soul sends sats to generate the transcript and then it's available to everyone after that.
For those rare moments when I have to go check something out on Twitter (*shudders*)... thank God for Nitter.
